Gamer Shocked at Lack of Value in "Crazy Ed's Mixed-Up Box of 'Magic' Cards" Bought on Amazon

Toledo, OH - Local card scalper "Honest" Craig Airgap recently went online to declare his disappointment when purchasing a box of cards for resale purposes.

Airgap recently purchased two different "Crazy Ed's Mixed-Up Box of 'Magic' Cards" looking to open the boxes and sell the cards for profit.

"How in God's name am I supposed to get profit out of THIS" Airgap furiously expressed in a Reddit post using his last name. "Whenever I buy trading cards for my modest reselling business I always try to go for a good value. I've had luck with random buys of cards, mostly from people who have passed away and have family members that have no idea of the cards' value, those idiots. But I thought I'd take a chance with this box I found on Amazon this week.

"Everything seemed on the up-and-up: the box had pictures of packs of Magic cards, there was a guarantee sticker on it, and it was only a little wet. Imagine my surprise when I got it delivered to my nearly-empty apartment filled with top-loaders and stale chicken, and I go to open these cards, and all I got was crap, mismanaged and repackaged crap! Whoever the hell this Crazy Ed is should have his head checked out if he thinks this is a proper item to sell!"

Pictures provided in the Reddit post show a slightly-damp cardboard box with Sharpie writing on the side, a poorly-photocopied picture of Rivals of Ixalan packs, and a UPC ripped from a Commander precon box stapled to the side.

"I mean honestly look at this bullshit," Airgap continued. "There's two set boosters from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty, a Lord of the Rings Jumpstart pack, and whatever the hell a theme booster is. Oh, but also look at the massive value of this random promo Welcoming Vampire! There's nothing welcoming about that! This absolutely seemed like a legitimate product, but now I don't even want to open the other one. Maybe I just happened to get the one bad one? I don't know, but I'm massively disappointed and asking for my money back."

At press time, Airgap also expressed disappointment with empty collector's booster boxes he bought on eBay in listings that clearly stated they were only selling the empty box.
