Everyone That Bought Same Secret Lair As You Got Better Bonus Card

Your Hometown - After reading a press release after purchase, you discovered that everyone else who bought a recent Secret Lair product will get a way more expensive bonus card than you.

Fans on the internet became excited when Wizards of the Coast announced a new Secret Lair celebrating the animated program Biker Mice from Mars. The press release included the fact that the hidden bonus card for the set had a chance to be a Universe-Beyond-version of Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni.

"It's time to rock... and RIDE with this new Secret Lair drop," explained the press release on the hard-to-navigate Secret Lair site. "Your favorite Biker Mice are getting their own card thanks to Universes Beyond. Now you can have your very own copy of Throttle, Modo, and Vinnie to helm your Commander deck. Also included in each Secret Lair is a bonus card, and we promise that no matter which one you get, everyone you know will get a better card.

"We're admitting for the first time that the bonus card you receive will no doubt be worse than what you could receive. Do you want an Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni made to look like fan-favorite character General Carbine? Too bad; most likely you'll be getting a foil full-art Viridian Scout, an Elf that has no relation to the Biker Mice whatsoever. Even we forgot Scout existed before we put this Secret Lair together, but now that we've found it, we're gonna make sure 90% of the people who purchase Secret Lair products will get one!"

Upon hearing this news, you took to Reddit to see if this was the case. Numerous posts from users on the r/MTG subreddit confirmed what was said in the press release.

"Look at how gorgeous this Carbine is," gushed Reddit user LimburgerLover in a post entitled "Got my Secret Lair, AND THE CHASE CARBINE." "The original art from Rick Ungar is really something amazing, and perfect for fans of the original show. I feel bad for anyone reading this who didn't get one of these; it alone is a good enough reason to buy this Secret Lair. Luckily I myself bought 15 of these just for a chance to get one, and I ended up pulling a full playset! I can't wait to sell the others for over $200 on eBay!"

At press time, your neighbor won the lottery, your coworker found a safe with $500 buried in their basement, and you got a parking ticket.
