MagicCon Chicago Badges On Sale Next Week
It's time to score a badge to the first MagicCon of 2025.
Next week, MagicCon Chicago badges and Ticketed Play events will be available for purchase, and if last year's MagicCons are any indication, they won't last long.
Sales will open to the public at 10 a.m. (PST) on Monday, December 9 for the event scheduled to take place on Feb. 21-23 at the McCormick Place Lakeside Center.
That Dec. 9 date also begins a week of "Early Bird" pricing for all tiers of badges, according to Wizards of the Coast, that'll run through Monday, Dec. 16 at 10 a.m. PST.
According to Reedpop, the company organizing MagicCons, each badge comes with at least one Avacyn's Pilgrim promo card as well as a special D&D D20 die. All badges provide access to The Art of Magic, The D&D Experience, The "Immersive Experience", The Free Play Area, The CommandZone and to Creator Central.
Following Chicago, it was announced that two other MagicCons are scheduled for 2025, taking place in Las Vegas (June 20-22) and Atlanta (Sept. 26-28). Wizards of the Coast promised that in 2026, they'd return to Europe for at least one MagicCon.
